His responsibilities are far reaching and encompass public speaking, business consultancy, mentoring, training, coaching as well as informing policy within strategic organizations that are involved in the evolvement of entrepreneurship development, as a key contributor to economic growth.

Experienced in HR Strategy, Benefits Management, Recruitment and Retention Strategy, Performance Management, Orientation/Onboarding Programs, Recognition Programs, HR Compliance, Compensation, Employment Policies, Employee Engagement Initiatives, and Professional Development. Studied at the University Of Stirling, Scotland, United Kingdom (UK), and University of Ghana, Legon.



Robert Akoto Amoafo

Operations Management Consultant


Mr. Robert Akoto Amoafo is an organisational and personal development expert with 10 years’ experience in supporting organisational and personal growth and development. He specializes in building strong systems and structures within organisations to ensure maximum delivery on organisations’ goals and objectives through transformational leadership, effective communications and technical enhanced competencies.

Mr. Amoafo has worked at various levels with governments, international and local organisations. His strength lies in supporting organisations and businesses to identify best ways of running their systems and identifying innovative ways of improving on their way of work for maximum outcomes.

Mr. Amoafo has worked as the Executive Director of Human Rights Advocacy Centre, Technical Advisor at FHI360 and currently works as the Country Director of Amnesty International Ghana. He works globally to promote the respect of human rights of all persons.

He is also the CEO of the Life Learning Centre; an organisation that assists organisations and individuals to maximise their impact by enhancing their capacity and competencies through coaching, training and resourcing.



Nathaniel Hegbor

Nathaniel Hegbor is a senior counsel, and a chartered banker with immense experience and knowledge in corporate, finance and investment law. As a chartered development finance analyst he has a keen interest in start-ups and their development.
