Robert Akoto Amoafo

Mr. Robert Akoto Amoafo is an organisational and personal development expert with 10 years’ experience in supporting organisational and personal growth and development. He specializes in building strong systems and structures within organisations to ensure maximum delivery on organisations’ goals and objectives through transformational leadership, effective communications and technical enhanced competencies.
Mr. Amoafo has worked at various levels with governments, international and local organisations. His strength lies in supporting organisations and businesses to identify best ways of running their systems and identifying innovative ways of improving on their way of work for maximum outcomes.
Mr. Amoafo has worked as the Executive Director of Human Rights Advocacy Centre, Technical Advisor at FHI360 and currently works as the Country Director of Amnesty International Ghana. He works globally to promote the respect of human rights of all persons.
He is also the CEO of the Life Learning Centre; an organisation that assists organisations and individuals to maximise their impact by enhancing their capacity and competencies through coaching, training and resourcing.
